The Council Issues Forum is an opportunity for prospective candidates in the Albany Council elections to hear what matters to our community when it comes to our environment, sustainability and healthy neighbourhoods. It is also an opportunity for members of the community to meet candidates, and become more informed when voting in the upcoming Council elections.
ACEC are inviting members of environment and community groups to address prospective candidates and the audience with 4 minute presentations on key issues such as Biodiversity, climate change, mining, the harbours and waterways, planning issues and so on. The candidates will then have the opportunity to respond.
